Depends on the remaining warranty on the device. I ordered two of these from the other FP deal. Unlike what the description said (i.e., brand new, damaged box), they were just used/returned units. One was purchased in April, while the other on June 22nd. When I added that to my account, it showed "6 days to add AppleCare", since it's 60 days for headphones. If you want to roll the dice, eBay returns are easy.

Yeah I've had nothing but bad experiences with this seller. Broken items, cancelled orders, zero communication. They keep popping up on the front page too
