Look at the construction of the box. They are all the same crap made from the same factory, sold under various names and "brands".

Believe that nearly all consumer grade drill bits are now made in China. Look for M2, M35 or M42 grade steel if your application needs it. (It will be noted in the description and often marked on the shank.) These higher quality bits also are made in China, but are made from much better steel

Yes, they are virtually identical. Both kits come from the same OEM manufacturers in China and are white-labeled for different sellers (Tool Shop for Menards vs. Tumax on Amazon).
