Highly doubtful. Some of the claims are clearly false. For example, it claims to be "anti hair loss." No shampoo or conditioner can prevent hair loss or encourage hair growth. It also claims to nourish hair. Hair is dead. You can't nourish dead cells. They can't metabolize or use nutrients. Finally, it claims that ginseng increases blood flow to the scalp. Absolute nonsense, especially since no trace of ginseng is left after you rinse the shampoo and conditioner off. And let's say that it really does increase blood flow. So what? Neither hair loss nor problem hair is caused by the low blood flow in a healthy living person. If there's so little blood that the hair follicles are affected, you're probably near death so I wouldn't bother with this shampoo.
