Never mind. Ali Express is garbage. I placed an order for less than the advertised priced $35.28, I payed with PayPal (which is supposed to auto fill your shipping address) but it used an old address from 5 years ago and would not allow me to update it. I cancelled it and tried to order again, and it was now $54... Maybe that's how Ali express works... Either way, too shady for me.
