I use the non-mini version daily and love them for their comfort, but eventually the power/volume button will fail within the first 2 years. Be sure to keep a copy of the receipt and the serial number warranty card captured somewhere you can easily find later. Shokz is good about honoring their warranty as long as you buy from an authorized reseller like BestBuy.

There's no name ones on sale yesterday for $12 bucks. I had one i've had for months, got another for backup. Lasts 8 or so hours there's no reason i can think of to pay 10x or when they're on sale for shockz they're like 79$. No way

Costco is going to have the Openrun SE for $30 off starting next Tuesday I think. If your use is mainly for physical activity might be a cheaper and better option than the Pro.

I had that exact issue with my Openrun Pro. I sent images of the warranty card and receipt and Shokz quickly sent me a replacement.

From my experience, the Openrun Pro has better call quality then the SE or base Openrun. Sam's Club has the Pro on sale for $79.
