What the build quality like? Should we expect Hinge Problems?
It's a perfect deal if you don't have a problem with 256 I bought mine the previous model not OLED not the same processor but it was like a year ago before the prices go up with around 480$ . This is still a good deal

I bought my wife the previous year model Omnibook Flip with AI 350, 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD and a non-OLED panel. The build quality is very good, no hinge issues. I got lucky with that one in December, only paid $380 for it out the door for an open box excellent from my local Best Buy. That kind of price is impossible now, outside secondary market.
For today's environment, this is a decent deal. 16GB RAM is enough for most purposes, but because the RAM is used as VRAM with the 840m, 16GB is a little low for gaming. Not that you'd be able to play demanding games on that 840m anyway. It'll play eSports titles and Minecraft fine, along with older games. Think Steam Deck levels of performance, no more.
You may run into RAM shortfalls if you load up on Chrome tabs, but the fast SSD should prevent major problems with page file activity. A 256GB SSD isn't a lot now either, but at least the NVMe is replaceable if you really need more.
