As of 08/20 6am, nyc area only 2 stores mention clearance 7 total around me, BUT can't add item to cart (option is grayed out via HD app) 😓😓
No price update on 12Ah@ checkout page either.

HD app is listing Sandpoint, ID as having them. I'd drive there today had I not just driven through there yesterday. (Not worth the gamble 170 mile roundtrip). Good luck!!

Somethings not right about this. The edge battery is the newest released battery. They wouldn't be clearing it out to make room for the new rebranding. There is no rebranding. They're just doing away with the standard battery. High-performance and edge are the only two that will be available. And add my two cents my whole state does not show that battery on any discount.

"18V ONE+ High Performance EDGE batteries will be rebranded as 18V ONE+ Lithium EDGE batteries". Dropping the High Performance and adding Lithium instead means all new labels and packaging. And probably SKUs.

Obviously one review isn't a pattern, but a 6Ah generic only lasted about half as long as a real one, and the power output was noticeably lower. https://youtu.be/00uGvlf9LQY
