I have the very similar Fiskars X7, which apparently has a one inch longer handle. It's fantastic little hatchet that puts all of its modest pack weight into the head to maximize efficiency. It comes quite sharp out of the box and seems to hold its edge well. I do like the look of the X13's blade guard retention system.

I've got the 36" model and it is fantastic. The blade design is very efficient at splitting. This model is a good camp hatchet, but if you want this for home use, instead opt for the 24" at least.

i've had the X36 for years as well, it's a very nice splitting axe. use it every year, never had an issue with it. also have the X24 felling axe, very happy with its performance as well.

don't really need another hatchet... but my other Fiskars do need a friend nod

Got a version of this hatchet. Blade chipped badly on the second(!) use making splits on a medium-hard wood. No batoning, no strike to a rock, concrete, or metal.

Not sure I want to grind down a 1/4" of steel to even the blade. FWIW.

I bought an X7 in 2020 and X14 in 2021 and both have continued to be amazing. I want to buy this... why? IDK. It's bright orange... Do I need it? Absolutely not. Would it being lighter than the X7 be a nice feature? Absolutely... Every year that passes it seems that things get twice as heavy when out hiking.

You know, I probably DO need it.

But really this looks like it would be a great camping hatchet with the bright orange so you can't lose it, the back you can hammer in tent stakes, and being the lightest offering yet.
