Is this a joke? $1200 for refurbished gear that isn't enterprise grade?

I had an earlier version of Orbi mesh router. It worked fine for about 2 years, then it went into an endless loop of resetting itself at the same time ever day. I tried various suggestions from chat boards, but nothing fixed the issue. I gave up and bought a different brand. Let's hope Netgear resolved this issue by now.

It's not a bad discount considering $1800 retail. I had Orbi in the past but went with Costco TP Link mesh for $350 this time and it works well. If it stops being supported or stops working it can be returned.
