In the past when this is offered, they charged you $2.50 per month, but offset it with a credit per month of $2.50 for 24 months. If you cancel service before the 24 months they charge your account the balance. That was for a $60 camera, this one is saying a $120 value. I wonder if they will now charge you $5 per month, with a $5 credit for 24 months. The whole thing is to get you to upgrade to their security monitoring services for additional fees for more control and features.

My home page says "get eligible rewards failed" and has said this for weeks now.
Agents and support team seem to either not see it or say this is normal.
