Looks like a decent set with both deep And shallow 1/2" sockets. Missing the common 21mm deep socket, but that aside it seems to have most common hex sizes.
It does have a lot of fillers though: hex keys, bit sockets, screwdriver bits etc.
Please if anyone knows, this seems to be about the best tool set deal of the summer. I do not know about quality as I have never worn out my sockets. But I always lose like 2 or 3 of the most used ones hahhaha!!! If there is a better set out there in sale please let me know. I'm just a tinkerer and hobbyist diy for my cars, my electronics, my electrical, my plumbing (clamps can have socket heads). I did see a kobalt sale running about a month ago. Just trying to figure this out as adapters really don't always cut it with headroom. I have a 3/8" ratchet for milwaukee along with...4 other random ratchets. Quarter inch sockets and some 3/8" sockets. But as I'm expanding out, I noticed nothing is half inch in my current collection. Thank you if anyone responds because this seems like a nice entry into a nice to have around. Maybe even a harbor freight special?

Yes, lots of filler bits, but this has some pliers and hand tools that are very handy to have which makes this set pretty appealing to keep as a basic backup or emergency tool kit, maybe to keep in a vehicle or for your kid's apartment.

These state "compatible with" impact wrenches, but does not state impact rated. Does anyone know if they are impact rated, or have used it with impact wrenches to loosen lug nuts?

Most chrome sockets are not great long term for impact gun use.
I would look for a set without all the extra junk you either already have on hand or don't need low quality versions of.

If you are buying this set for need, there is a good chance you also need the "filler".

buy what u need Bro. Harbor freight is ur friend. I got a craftsman kit similar to this in 2010 and it has held up well from mild use and garage storage, but literally I have not used half of the sockets and wrenches. imo u would be way better off buy a pass thru socket set for $30 on sale and use the other $ for tools u will actually use.

Buy additional 1/4" and 3/8" when needed. Half of this set is semi-worthless. Wait for the 12 point harbor freight 1/2" impact socket set to go on sale again for $20 (10 mm to 32 mm metric). In general, use 5 mm to 10 mm for 1/4", 11mm to 15 mm for 3/8", and 16 mm to 32 mm for 1/2". Also look for quality 8" adjustable and 10" locking pliers. Plenty of fantastic tools at garage sale like the Petersen Vise Grip.
I use the harbor freight roto head ratchets 99% of the time. The 3/4" harbor freight breaker bar is good for anything over 300 ft-lbs.
