Community Reviews
Nuun Sport tablets are a compact electrolyte option best suited for quick hydration on the go, especially for backpacking, hiking, workouts, or hangovers. They dissolve quickly, have very little added sugar, and fit easily in a bottle or pack. The main drawback is taste, which is often described as weak, odd, or outright unpleasant, though a few flavors are better than others and some people use two tablets for more flavor. At this price, the value is decent but not standout.
Common Questions (4)
The tablets are widely described as having very little flavor or an unpleasant off-taste, with some calling the citrus berry mix especially odd. A few people find the flavors acceptable when diluted more heavily or when using specific flavors like lemon-lime, but the mix pack is not a sweet Gatorade-style drink.
At $14.82 for the 4-pack, the deal works out to about 37 cents per serving and is considered worth it by some, though others note cheaper electrolyte deals exist. It is still viewed as a decent price for Nuun compared with bigger-name options like Liquid I.V.
It is mainly used for quick hydration during workouts, long practices, tournaments, backpacking, hiking, and even hangovers. The tablets are compact and easy to pack, which makes them useful when space and weight matter.
Yes, the tablets are described as dissolving quickly and completely in water. That makes them convenient for a bottle or glass when you want a fast-mixing electrolyte drink.

The flavors are fine for what they are. Anyone expecting Gatorade is going to be disappointed since most 20oz bottles of that have 34g or more of added sugar. I don't mind a little extra sugar during intense workout days, but it's pretty common for me to drink 80z of Nuun water during a tournament day (5-6g of sugar), and the Gatorade equivalent would be 136g, which is about 3.5 cans of Coke.
You can get it cheaper if you keep an eye on the 60-tab version. I used a coupon and S&S combo to that it for $15.45 last month, or 26¢ per tab. This deal is 37¢ a tab.
