Got this when this went on sale for the same price. I've been using it to start my fireplace, bbq and such, the max fire mode always wow unsuspecting bystanders, and probably the closest thing you could get to a a legal flame thrower. Too powerful to use for cooking though. I'd probably buy another one for shit and giggle.

Don't use the max power function and it's fine for cooking.


Just open the gas valve using the screw knob at the top and it's a lot more manageable for very light use-cases.
