I have KF7 and it stopped frothing milk after 7 months. I got mine from Whirlpool with 2 years warranty so they shipped replacement. This one has 90 days warranty from Woot and not sure if there is any factory warranty.

I bought this using the insider pass at 1200 and thought it was a great deal. This is fantastic. I wished I waited a couple of months. So sad. Can't return the other.

I don't think you missed out, these are great machines but personally I wouldn't buy one without manufacturer warranty.
