I'll never buy Adidas again. Their customer service is horrible and predatory.

I'd hate to say this, but I agree. Most of their stuff is good quality, but I'll only buy their stuff from a retailer that I can deal with directly. I'll never deal with their website again. I've had two instances where an item I ordered from their website never arrived at my home.
(2 instances out of probably 50 purchases over the years)
I had to argue with multiple customer services reps and repeated back and forth to get them to resend item. This was AFTER I showed them timestamped shots from my home's cameras that NO delivery had been made by the ghetto third party delivery company they use. (and still they acted like they were doing me a "one time favor")
After that happened to me a second time, I swore off their direct sales from website.

I've had similar CS experiences with other stores, and I agree that it is upsetting. At the same time, I can understand why this became more common. A lot of sleazy criminals "cooked methods" to steal from stores over the years, which caused stores to be extra cautious and more stringent. I've even seen advertisements for services where people pay a criminal that gets them refunds without returning products. They use fake pics of damaged goods, etc. It's purely disgusting and has been ruining shopping experiences.

There's an easier way.

Make one attempt at a refund because you didn't receive the item. Document that. File a dispute with the credit card company, say you never received the item and that no proof of delivery or picture of item at your door exists.

10 minutes of effort.

Adidas shoes have gotten narrow like Nike. I've bought my true size for at least 10 pairs of shoes and can't wear them. And sometimes going .5 size up didn't make difference. For adapt 7.0 I had to rebuy wide option. The worse was ultra boost 19 or 20. The sides on toe area pinched in.
