*Unless you are trying to cool a server room regardless of outdoor temps...and hopefully no one is spending $400 to product countless thousands in IT equipment.

With their use of the word "heat," as opposed to heat pump I was thinking the manufacturer / seller was suggesting it had a heating mode (true heat pump) when it really it just had a little heated wire hanging out in the drain pan of the ODU. They could have also been hinting at an electric strip heater in the air handler, but to be honest, those are harder to implement unless the air handler is powered locally since those electric heaters would have a high amp draw, thus need heavier gauge wire than the "communication wire" could deliver (since the air handler is also powered via that THIN comm wire). You tend to see that more in mini splits with traditional looking air handlers, such as the Mitsubishi SVZ style since they have their own dedicated power.
*But again, I was just being overly suspicious and the world "heat" (vs heat pump) which likely was just an omission in translation since the description of the unit confirms this is a heat pump. Which I mentioned in my first comment.
