Depends whether you have it/interested. if you don't have one I would recommend getting it. Soundbars generally retire slower than tv itself so If you have a decent soundbar from 3-4 years ago you can still use it.

I have a Samsung q850 5 year old soundbar which I like even today.

Decently better. Better reflection handling, no gradient problems or banding that plagued the g5. Better upscaling too. G6 is a 9.2 overall and G5 is 9.0 overall. HDR 2% peak G6 is 3500 vs G5 2400.

How does the 83" C6H compare in brightness to the same sized G6 and G5. The 83" C6H is different than the smaller sizes. I'm trying to get a G5 83" on Greentoe but am not getting much action at a $2800 bid. Meanwhile, the C6H is gettable at this price. Not sure why last year's flagship model would be worth so much more than the current C6H, which uses most of the same panel tech as the G6.

Its both free for G6 83 inch. I bought mine on the 22nd of August and missed out on the sound bar. My TV was delivered yesterday and its a huge difference in image quality from c1 77 to g6 83.
