This is not a Mini PC but a small Ultra Compact Form factor Desktop/Mini Workstation, similar to Lenovo P3 Ultra. Here all the components (Except the customized Motherboard) are Desktop components. Technically you can use any 12th/13th/14th Gen Processor here.
As per the review, this runs surprisingly cooler for a Desktop Processor and that has been achieved by limiting the processor to 65W sustained. So, the CPU performance will not be same as a Big Desktop with AIO Colling, with the same Processor which can push it over 200W.
You can use any Dual Slot SFF GPUs, provided they don't need external power and limited to 75W power, which can be delivered by the PCIe 16 Slot.
This has a SATA III Slot and place for a 2.5" SSD/HDD.
