Decent deal with this one given high memory and SSD prices. Highly recommend the ThinkCentre tiny PC series for the quality.
First extra PCs generate heat and noise, maybe they're in a closet, maybe they're in the basement?
Second even if they're on your desk, with the out of band management you don't have to have a separate keyboard monitor mouse or a KVM switch you just need a network cable and an IP address that you console into from your main system.

Chrome is the problem. I use to always run out of 16gb on chrome daily, but on Brave with 30+ tabs open I'm nearly always under 11-12gb usage total. And usually I also have Firefox open with 5+ tabs open.
Show me the modern offerings that are genuinely better for the same $$.
Ryzen 5000 series CPUs are great, especially now. Not because they suddenly got more powerful. But because they are still perfectly viable CPUs that use DDR4 RAM. DDR4 RAM has gone up in price as well. But not nearly as much as DDR5. And there tend to be a lot more deals like this Lenovo or on places like eBay and Facebook Marketplace. DDR5 is much more expensive and it's hard to find any worthwhile deals.
One last thing to give you perspective. Microsoft has stopped recommending 16 GB of RAM and is now saying that 8 GB is fine. They know that pushing for 16+ GB is cost-prohibitive now.
