I loved my Jamo set up as an entry level setup except for the Sub, I died right after a year. Got the death thump

Yeah, this sub is really only worth getting in the Speaker Set, its not very good, its the first thing I upgraded in my Jamo Setup

I've had this sub for some years at my home office desk. It's plenty of subwoofer for my setup. Very solid performance for the price.

This is actually fine as a nearfield desktop sub, for 2.1 music at moderate levels it's quite satisfying with proper bass management from your amp/receiver. For HT in anything more than a 10x12' enclosed room, you'd want to spend closer to $300-400 minimum.

I was not impressed with this sub when I paired it with my 807s and 803s I ended up sending it back. It was just very underwhelming even at 99$ Bout a elac 10 on sale for the same price off amazon and it was a lot better.
