Then you've missed something. what did you add to your cart and what is your total?
I don't believe this is a Prime only deal.
Here's a screenshot of the order in my cart with 5% S&S.
You'll see BOTH a $5/15 and $15/off $50 offer on the 3 double roll packs
and the $15 off $50 on the 12 Family Rolls.
$29.80 before tax is my 5% S&S total with $20 total off (15 and 5)
