Viva Signature Cloth paper towels are landing as a strong bulk buy for soft, durable towels with free shipping and a low per roll price. The stacked promos can bring the cart to about $29.80 before tax for 56 regular rolls, and clipping the coupon on the product page matters. The towels are praised for quality, though they can stick to the roll when tearing. The deal math depends on the exact coupons and quantity settings, so the checkout needs a close look.
Common Questions (5)
Clip the coupon on the product page, select Subscribe & Save, then keep shopping in the same cart before checkout so the S&S item stays added. The deal can stack with the $15 off $50 and $5 off $15 offers, but the 15% S&S discount may not apply here; many carts only show 5% S&S.
They are soft and durable, but they can stick to the roll when tearing off a sheet. The quality is strong, but the tear-off behavior is a practical annoyance.
Yes, the order can qualify for free shipping even without Prime because the cart total stays above Amazon's free-shipping threshold. That makes the deal attractive for non-Prime shoppers who would otherwise pay extra shipping.
The bundle equals 56 regular-size rolls: 12 Triple Family rolls convert to 38 regular rolls, and 9 Double rolls convert to 18 regular rolls. That adds up to 56 regular rolls total.
Yes, Amazon can drop the 3-pack double-roll quantity back to 1 on the checkout page. Check the cart carefully and reset the quantity if needed so the order matches the deal setup.

Then you've missed something. what did you add to your cart and what is your total?
I don't believe this is a Prime only deal.
Here's a screenshot of the order in my cart with 5% S&S.
You'll see BOTH a $5/15 and $15/off $50 offer on the 3 double roll packs
and the $15 off $50 on the 12 Family Rolls.
$29.80 before tax is my 5% S&S total with $20 total off (15 and 5)

OP got 5% S&S but referenced the potential 15% S&S discount amount.
I've tried a few different things with different combo of S&S filler items and no luck.
Still at 5% S&S along with the other stacking promo discounts, seems good.

Since I don't get 15% S&S on my stuff, I have no way of knowing that it wouldn't work on this particular scenario. Sorry for any confusion in that regard.
But even at $29.80 its a little over 50c a regular roll (56 rolls) which is a great price for Viva.
The S&S item will be in your cart at that point, and you can continue adding S&S items to the same cart prior to completing order, but I wasn't able to figure out a way to bump the discount to 15%.
