i bought this last time and it came with the top being rusted even though it's stainless steel... brand new inside. a little disappointed but for those who don't care for looks, you should go for it.

Mine just came in and we absolutely love it compared to our old regular toaster oven. Preheats insanely fast and has enough room for a frozen pizza. Makes weeknight dinners a breeze.

I have a different model Ninja Foodie combination toaster oven/air fryer (they're all very similar). It's nice and does multiple things well. I use it for most things now over my oven and other appliances. This typed, please note that they haven't been designed with maintaining/cleaning in mind. They're challenging to take care of. This seeming oversight baffles me (unless there's a reason, such as cost or longevity). YMMV.

Mine came and it was brand new all over, I've bought a ton of stuff like this from woot and all been brand new looking. You should try to exchange it

bought it the last time it was posted. Beats my old fryer in everyway, it's quick pre-heat time, super quiet. Brand new looking.

I got a refurbished Ninja Foodi FT102CO around 3 years ago for $40 which seems to be very similar to the Flip and I couldn't be happier with it. I was able to get $40 off because the oven arrived pretty dirty but it cleaned up nicely and looks almost brand new minus a few dents and scratches.

It makes a whole frozen pizza, roasted broccoli with olive oil and sea salt in 12 minutes cooked at 400F perfectly. I really enjoy how the oven can be flipped vertically to save a significant amount of space as well.

My only complaints are that the outside of the oven gets dangerously hot and you need to be careful around it. Plus the inner tray gets super hot as well and you need to very cautious removing it as its heat will go through oven mitts in a short amount of time. Those are small issues that I'm willing to overlook for the oven cooking so fast and reliably though; would recommend.
