Got this back in the spring when it went to $115. It's good, and it works for my use case. Took a few hours to assemble. Definitely worth $115.

The pre-drilled holes for the top were misaligned from the factory, so it wasn't able to attach to the bottom. I called customer support number, and they were aware of a batch of countertops with misaligned holes. Shipped out a new one that arrived a few days later.

I just got the same cart with stainless steel top for $99 so this one at $132 seems not-so-great compared to that one. The cart is fairly narrow with the casters being inset about 4" from each side so if you lock the wheels and have something heavy on top of it, it is fairly easy to tip sideways without applying much sideways force. Since I don't need to wheel mine around because I only use it as a fixed island in my kitchen I built a simple skirt out of 2x4's that the whole cart sits on top of so it can't roll which also widens the tipping point by 4"-5" on each side making it considerably more stable, especially while chopping up heavy slabs of meat on it such as long pork😉

I actually bought a 2nd one and screwed them together back-to-back so they make 1 big square island that is tip-proof which is much safer, and now I can use the locking casters on both ends so it remains locked in place or moveable if I want, rather than using the 2x4 skirt/raised platform to keep it from tipping or rolling around. Now there is a paper towel dispenser on each end, and cabinets on the front and back which is more handy to have paper towels within arm's reach no matter where I am around the island. I also ran a 12ga wire power strip with 5 outlets mounted one end so I can plug in up to 5 appliances. That is the most useful and easy upgrade that anyone can do. Position it on the side and under the overhang of the top surface (not with the plugs facing straight up) to prevent any spills from going straight into the open plugs.
