Terrible product that is almost 100% plastic, not metal, so it breaks really easily when installing it or when trying to adjust it's position after it is installed. Many people said it was difficult to screw on without cross-threading the plastic threads (which should be brass or stainless steel). The heat cycles of taking normal showers will also make the black lower plastic part crack/separate from the chrome looking plastic top part and water will pour out of the side. I've been looking for a rain showhead for months now, and everything under $100 is mostly or all plastic, and the few I found that say they are a full "stainless steel" showerhead all have tons of comments saying it rusted from the inside and all that rust clogged all the holes after a few months, or that the seam around the sides split after a few months of use. I think the lowest price trustworthly real stainless steel rain-style showerhead that doesn't rust over time or split at the seam around the sides costs around $120-$150 and is made by a big well-known name brand. I can't find a single off-brand stainless steel showerhead with any significant history of good reliable reviews.
