Once I used the affiliate link, though, the item showed as unavailable with a "Look for similar" button instead of "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart." I found that selecting a different power adapter option and then switching back to the US adapter let me add it to the cart and eventually purchase it.
The site became super buggy as soon as I started using the cashback affiliate link, almost like it didn't want me to buy the item. It also made me log in 3-4 times. But it eventually worked.

This is the older beryl model but it's good value, runs cooler than the new one, and is supported by OpenWRT if you ever want to switch from gl.inet's build (minus hardware acceleration).
You might need a 5.1kΩ insert if you want to use a regular pd charger.
