It says Starvis 2, but doesn't say which version of the Starvis 2 sensor specifically. That's a common trick in cheap cameras, because it means they're using the cheaper version, the IMX675, which doesn't record in 4K. Companies that use the 4K version, the IMX678, advertise it prominently because it's a major selling point. So any camera that says "Starvis 2 4K" and doesn't also say "IMX678" anywhere is lying to you.
