A 50lb bucket of these should last a pool owner many, many years, because they should be used sparingly. CYA (cyanuric acid) builds to very high levels very quickly if you use these pucks as your sole source of chlorine. And the only way to quickly lower it is draining the pool.
I've not been using them regularly now for about 6 years. Once or twice a year I'll put a puck in a floater in the spa, but it's been 1/2 gallon liquid chlorine, 1/2lb of shock weekly and using a solar copper "shock" unit from Costco. My CYA is only now back to "high end of normal" without draining, just evaporation and miniscule capture with the filter.
I've been on the same bucket of tablets since pre-covid. Back when the buckets went on sale for around $70-$80. $130 is wild when they're much lower on coupon at Costco every summer.
I just saw your reply and tried the code. No longer works. It says "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase."
The coupon must be targeted because it's still available to me.
I'm sorry you can't get in on the deal as they come individually wrapped with a pair of gloves for safe handling, double bagged and are long lasting too!

They're a good enough price at Costco now if you have a membership.
I'm personally trying to lower my CYA though so I have been shelving the tabs for now.

I assume you are partially draining the pool and refilling it then?
I drained and refilled our 15K gallon pool in AZ this year and was pleasantly surprised that it only cost about $70!
