Are they joking? Who is this made for?

You can get a better sear with a Ninja Flip on the iron plate.

And if you can easily run 15A (but more like 20A) outside, chances are you can afford to do better than this.

This may come as a shock to you, but not everybody lives in a single family home.

Fire code bars an open flame grill within 10 feet of a building wall in my jurisdiction.

So barbecuing with an open flame on your balcony would be a violation of both the law and the lease at most apartment and condo complexes.

An electric grill is perfectly legal to use.

Also, it is quite common for balconies to come with something called an outdoor power outlet, thus providing the 15 or possibly 20 amp service required, no expensive installation needed.

In fact, outdoor power outlets are also common for single-family homes.

For older properties that may not have an outlet, a 12 gauge extension cord is easily and inexpensively sourced. So, an indoor outlet is thus usable.

I hope this answers your question.

More, I hope it teaches you a valuable lesson. You should not vote deals down because you do not personally find the product of interest. It would be no different than a man or woman voting down the other sex's antiperspirant just because they don't like the scent. Deals should be voted based on the product's savings over its regular price combined with how easily it is to achieve those savings.

Enjoy your day.
