Last week, Amazon raised prices on several devices, including the Fire TV sticks. I'm seeing offers that knock quite a bit off the prices.
Fire TV Stick HD -- $39.99 --> $17.99 with FTVHDSAVE
Fire TV Stick 4K Select -- $49.99 --> $19.99 with 4KSAVEFTV
Fire TV Stick 4K Plus -- $69.99 --> $24.99 with SAVE4K
YMMV

Community Reviews
The Fire TV Stick line is mainly valued as a cheap streaming add on for travel or basic TV use, especially when the Spectrum app is available or when a hotel setup needs something simple for the kids. The 4K Max stands out as the strongest option, while the Select and newer HD models draw criticism because side loading is blocked on Select and the new Firestick HD and Select run Vega OS instead of Android. The 4K Plus also gets called out as unavailable or not working with the coupon, and the deal itself may be dead for some shoppers. A practical pick if you want low cost streaming and do not rely on side loading.
Common Questions (5)
The 4K Select is the model to avoid if sideloading matters, because it uses Amazon's Vega OS rather than Android. That means it cannot be jailbroken, while older Fire TV sticks and non-Select models may still allow sideloading.
The Max is the preferred pick here, with a reported sale price of $34.99 and a recent purchase at $59. The Select is the weaker choice if you want Android-based sideloading or a more capable Fire TV stick.
The coupon appears to work for some shoppers on the 4K Plus, but it is not universal. One report says it was not working on the 4K Plus, while another saw a targeted upgrade offer for the 4K Plus at $14.99 on the product page and via a QR code on the device.
Yes, it can be a simple travel setup for hotel TVs, especially for keeping kids entertained. The main practical downside is remembering to bring the remote back home.
The codes may be dead for some shoppers, so the deal is not consistently available. One report says none of the listed codes worked at all.

I passed on in the 2026 4k Pro when I saw the USB port was downgraded from 3.0 to 2.0.
So I should just buy it even thought I have the first version of Pro 4k that is perfectly good? Yeah that makes sense. lol
Was that with a coupon code or after added to cart etc?
I'm seeing (just when I open the page for the 4k Max at $84.99 or whatever...
thanks.
