This is the non-touch screen version of the current generation Garmin Edge devices. I do not recommend the non-touch screen as the entire GUI was purposely built for touchscreen usage. Using the side buttons for everything is like using your keyboard for navigating Windows - possible to do but what a chore. The 850 is a much better model if you want to stick with the Garmin ecosystem as it has touchscreen, plus the full suite of side buttons, and the CPU is upgraded to make the GPS mapping usable.

Well said. I have this version and it's tough and I honestly use less features because of it
