There was no option for a refund when I tried, only ar FREE replacement.
Guess I'll end up with two boxes but maybe the Amazon fairy will send the 12 this time
Total BS. What has anyone received for their mess up ?
UPDATE: They sent 1 box, not 12. All I could get is a refund. When a pricing mistake is identified they immediately change the listing to OOS and either credit your account (you get to keep the item for free) or refund the money paid. If I had more time, I'd fight for the whole package deal but Amazon has now placed so many roadblocks up that it's just not worth the time. That's exactly what they're hoping for. Bastards.
