This double rod clothes rack is a compact rolling organizer that can handle everyday hanging storage, with real-world use fitting hoodies, jeans, and jerseys and assembly taking about 15 minutes. The frame is described as sturdy and well built, and the black version has been bought at about $23 with free shipping. The main cautions are its top heavy feel when loaded, smaller wheels than the photos suggest, and possible hanger interference between the two rods. It works best when heavier items go on the ends and lighter pieces stay in the middle.
People who need a sturdy rolling rack for frequent use, because it is described as well built and very sturdy.
People organizing mixed casual clothing, because it fits hoodies, jeans, and jerseys and assembles in about 15 minutes.
People hanging lighter garments with heavier items placed at the ends, because that layout helps the rack hold a mix of clothes without issue.
People who need a stable rack for moving around a room, because it is top-heavy and can tip when loaded.
People expecting roomy double-rod spacing for full-size hangers, because the rods sit close enough that hangers may interfere.
People who want a rigid-feeling rack with smooth rolling wheels, because the frame can feel flimsy and the wheels may not turn reliably.

Most of these rocks are flimsy and can't hold much. Rating #s can be deceiving...always check the lowest reviews for common complaints.
