Seems like a good deal but I can't tell how fast it would charge 5 devices. I'm wondering if I had a usb-c pd 40watt charger - then would this cable allow all 40watts to charge devices connected to it or is there some limitation like it only charges as fast as the lowest charge device connected?

It's a 4-in-1 USB-C charger. The length is 5 feet.
I have cables like these and the way they work is simple. Only one cable has an active data (D+ and D-) connection, the others are just power and ground.
The active data connection will support fast charging, although the page lacks any identifying charging standards.
The power only connections will only do 5V/3A (15W) max, which is shared.
Cables like these are only good for charging multiple low draw devices overnight. I use something similar to charge my controllers for my Switch and HTPC.

Do not need a lightning adaptor.
These come in super handy on the golf course & when in a pinch traveling.
