yes, $4 per 5 oz bar is not a slick deal for soap!! If they need to use "FIFA" to sell their product, I can't believe it's a good product (especially with Infantino at the head of FIFA). FIFA is likely getting a cut of the price, unless they're using the FIFA brand without permission.

"Naturally derived" is a meaningless phrase. Don't fall for it. There are no legal standards for that phrase.
