This is a minor price mistake where you can take advantage of an error in newegg's website to allow the normally blocked $70 promo code on the ram to compound with combo savings by adding an additional item with the green "combo offer" badge in the pc builder. Adding the items to cart through the pc builder tool gives an extra 10% off due to the ongoing flash sale.
The aio cpu cooler is functionally a filler item to allow that promo code to apply, you can substitute it for any other item with the green "combo offer" badge in the pc builder. For example, the cheapest option I found that works is the
Super Flower, MEGACOOL High Static Pressure 120mm fan, 3pcs pack, which brings the combo price to
$189.41 ($2 cheaper, but I figure most people would prefer the aio cpu cooler for a couple of bucks).
