The promotion I'm referring to is "Free Shipping on 1 item(s)" and you may see it along with its terms, in the following link: (I only used Super Saver Shipping during this period, it had offered me free 2 day shipping)
Since both promotions have a "Offer may not be combined with other offers." condition, by getting the free shipping promo the other for the $30 was never received automatically.
I know you were not aware of this, and I'm just sharing with you my findings in case it could be useful for you."

If this deal actually works, it is at best $30 off $130 purchase or 23% discount. I will go with Chewy. Their pet food is better quality anyway. Amazon seems hit and miss. Sometimes stale, nearly expired, or just looks and smells off. Last batch of wet cat food that I bought from Amazon, my cat won't touch. Bought the exact same product at a local grocery store and the cat gobbles it down. I'm moving towards being done with Amazon altogether. It's really gone downhill.
