Make sure to ship normally, no 2 day even if free, Still Screenshot everything.
"After I've reviewed the order # XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX that you placed to get that promo, I noticed it was shipped with a Standard Two-days shipping option. And I see that another promotion(s) were applied to the order.
The promotion I'm referring to is "Free Shipping on 1 item(s)" and you may see it along with its terms, in the following link: (I only used Super Saver Shipping during this period, it had offered me free 2 day shipping)
Since both promotions have a "Offer may not be combined with other offers." condition, by getting the free shipping promo the other for the $30 was never received automatically.
I know you were not aware of this, and I'm just sharing with you my findings in case it could be useful for you."
