Alienware Arena Intel Gamer Days is a free daily points promo that feeds Dell Rewards credit, and the points can be used on a wide range of Dell items, games, controllers, and accessories. The Intel logo in the top right is the usual claim path, with daily resets around 8 p.m. Eastern or 12 a.m. UTC depending on region. The broader Alienware rewards system can also add ARP through daily quests, Twitch, Steam, and Discord, but setup can be fiddly and some tasks do not track reliably. Rewards and availability can be buggy, region limits apply, and the credit expires, so timing and account linking matter.

Common Questions (5)

  • Connect Twitch on the Alienware account page and also grant access to the Arena Rewards Tracker in Twitch settings. On streams, the Alienware widget should appear on the video; if it does not, open the widget's gear menu, manage access, and enable it. On mobile web, Desktop Mode may be needed to see the option.

  • You can claim up to 5 rewards per week within the Mon-Sun window, and a missed day can still be claimed later that same week if the slot is still open. Once the week ends, those points are gone.

  • On desktop, click the Intel logo in the top-right corner and then redeem from there. The daily claim resets at 8pm EST, which is 12am UTC.

  • Yes. Dell Rewards Points can be used on video games, software, hardware, and other Dell store items, not just Alienware products. The rewards catalog has included controllers, Switch bundles, monitors, watches, and other electronics.

  • Use the exact same email address on dell.com and alienwarearena.com; there is no manual link step. After creating the Dell account with the matching email, the rewards balance can appear the next day.

I opened a twitch stream and left it for hours and got nothing, any ideas?
On mobile, using Twitch in my web browser, I had to toggle on Desktop Mode to see the option to enable the tracker.

I can't remember if I was in desktop mode or not but yeah that little option on the twitch app is the issue for most people and not at all intuitive.

For anyone else that hasn't figured it out, on twitch if you hit that little alienware logo head in the twitch bar under the video it should show you a status bar and as you watch the points will add up and progress as the minutes go by. If you don't see the status bar that's when you need to enable it using the 3 dots/settings on that same status page. Then refresh the app and it should show the status bar.

Does it make sense to use ARP to buy fragments and upgrade artifacts? Or best to save and buy Dell DRP only?

This depends.... do you intend on just purchasing DRP or do you intend to use ARP for other things? Are you in this for the short game (every Intel Days) or for the long game (all year)?

Eventually you'll get to a point of where you have more ARP than you can spend on DRP.

I've been doing this for a little over a year and I average about 2500-3000 ARP/month now - much more than what's needed to purchase DRP every 90 days. I spent ARP on artifacts and fragments to get to this point while still purchasing DRP.

Can you buy new artifacts that are higher levels or only gain/win then from events? I have 3 bottom levels which I can't even remember how I got but so are maxed out or not able to level up anymore even though I have more shards.

The best artifacts have all appeared in the Marketplace at one point or another. Megumin has a great guide on artifacts and when/how they're obtainable. https://www.alienwarearena.com/uc...100k-hours

I believe the best no-fuss artifact set is the following (all amounts are when the artifact is maxed out):

Chai Stones - Daily Calendar +6 ARP - Affects both 7-day login as well as 28-day login, so it's basically +12 ARP each day. Possibly the best single artifact you can get. It was on sale in the Marketplace for 1250 ARP in February, so it might be a while before it comes back.

Pn295 - Watch Twitch +15 ARP - Big source of daily ARP, but it also means having to leave a Twitch stream on for around 75 minutes each day.

Ba'li Arches - Time on Site +6 ARP - An easy +6 each day.

I have these equipped and I have more than enough for the quarterly 5,000 DRP, though I also do the weekly Steam quests and community events. I have so much ARP at this point that I'm already considering buying the brick sets and maybe even that LED sign lol. I already got the umbrella and microfiber sets.

Hello, I missed 1 day in the first week. Since the event runs through Monday, September 7, does anyone know if the site would let me claim that missed day on Sept 7, or is that day strictly locked out if you miss it?

You have 7 days (Mon to Sun) to claim 5 rewards

Today is a new week -- you can't go back to last week

Thank you for your response. I understand that I cannot go back to last week. However, the event goes to September 7, which is a Monday and the start of a new calendar week. So my question is, would they open up 1 day (for just Monday) if someone missed a day previously?

Just checked rn and it seems to have fixed itself. I thought I accidentally bought some garbage game key without there being any kind of confirmation lol
