Since July I've accumulated ~$40 in rewards (without this) and I have enough points through various quests/tasks on the site to get another $75. I average about $120-150 every 3 months by doing their daily login/quests.
Soundbar
CD/DVD Drive
Flatbed Scanner
Switch 2 Console Bundle
Switch 2 Games
DualSense Controller
DualSense Edge Controller
27" OLED Monitor
I've been at it a few years now though, and participate in other events and daily activities.
Community Reviews
Alienware Arena Intel Gamer Days is a free daily points promo that feeds Dell Rewards credit, and the points can be used on a wide range of Dell items, games, controllers, and accessories. The Intel logo in the top right is the usual claim path, with daily resets around 8 p.m. Eastern or 12 a.m. UTC depending on region. The broader Alienware rewards system can also add ARP through daily quests, Twitch, Steam, and Discord, but setup can be fiddly and some tasks do not track reliably. Rewards and availability can be buggy, region limits apply, and the credit expires, so timing and account linking matter.
The Intel Gamer Days daily claim can be found by clicking the Intel logo on desktop.
Dell Rewards Points can be redeemed for a broad range of items beyond Alienware hardware.
The rewards program supports earning ARP through multiple tasks like Twitch and Steam.
Points can be used as Dell account credit after linking accounts with the same email address.
Dell Rewards Points expiration dates may display misleading month-end values, so exact days matter.
The rewards site can crash and block opt-in with an account-complete error message.
Twitch-related daily tasks may fail to track even after connecting accounts and leaving streams open.
Redeeming the 500-point offer can leave the Dell rewards balance at zero after login.

Thank you!

It shows the Quests: Daily, Steam, Twitch, Time on Site.
I'm going to warn you this stuff can be buggy. It would be a good idea to scroll through Relay and join the Discord (you also get ARP for polls there). Here is an older FAQ which would be helpful to go through:

To increase ARP use artifacts. They are hard to come by so get them when you can as well as the Fragments which are used to upgrade the Artifacts. This page has details on them:

Definitely take a look at the What is ARP link that namdlo posted.
Feel free to ask any questions.

What do you typically spend these on? I think I took part in this last year but my points might have expired since I didn't use them.

If you get to Feb 2027 and you don't have anything to buy then you can convert the credit to Dell Dollars in your shopping cart which will extend the credit one time by a few months -- don't do that too quickly since the new exp date will be a few months from conversion date (for ex: if you do that right now then the new exp date will only be a few months from today)
That's what I've done in the past -- not sure if things have changed recently or if that still works
