Found out that you can only buy Dewalt chain if you wanna do a change out, but there's a store in OR that can custom make you a chain if you need faster log cuts.

Did they figure out a way to keep this thing from leaking bar oil all over your garage, without draining out everything before storing?

I have the original 60V and the 20V, all you have to do is lay them on the chain side to keep from leaking oil. I thought I read the newer 60V are better, but I'm not sure... Stupid design either way, my gas saw doesn't leak at all.

Got one here. Bolt on the sprocket snapped last week on my current Dewalt. Perfect timing.

No, I just drain mine before storage. I do not have this but a smaller chain saw and a pole saw and they all have problems leaking bar chain oil.

That's not at all true. You can easily swap out the bar and chain with Oregon parts. That's what I did on my 20V Dewalt.

Yes, I did the same. The Oregon chains are much better than the Dewalt chains.

Oregon makes their bar and chain and stickers on dewalt branding if I remember correctly

I'm pretty sure I have this saw. It's great, as good as any gas saw and no gas odor. The only issue I have with it is when it gets hot, it stops working and I have to let it cool down.
