How much quantity of same item we can buy? For example can we buy 2 quantity of paper towel rolls, 2 tide detergent, 2 gillette razor packs and it will all qualify or only 1 quantity per item is allowed?

In the past all eligible items from p&g qualify so you could just buy a crap ton of tide or something and get it. Where you run into limits is a lot of items will also have rebates on them at Costco but the $4 off or whatever will be limit 1 or 2... So if you buy 10 tides the in store discount gets missed unless you break it into separate trips/purchases.

They don't care outside of the sale qty limits like usual posted on the signs. I usually buy a lot of Tide and then like some shampoo to get me over the limit. You know they always price the stuff so you are a few cents below the rebate and have to go over by a bunch.

The Kirkland versions still add up to being cheaper

I'm new to this. Does this mean that I can spend the qualifying amount at Costco and then submit the Costco receipt to this link here and double-dip?

I was able to stack it last year, although I recall getting the wrong rebate from P&G (i.e. I think I was supposed to get $25 and got $15 or something). But, it did stack. Plan on doing so again this year.

I did this promotion last year. All the qualifying products seemed to be at regular price, or possibly higher. I suspect the "promotion" is just a way of P&G to harvest your purchase data from your receipt. They have your name, address, exactly what you bought, etc. If you instead wait for the regular Costco sales of these same items, I think you'll end up with similar savings without having to give your data to a 3rd party.

The rebate on spending $200 is better than previous years.
