Need more 16GB 5060 Ti deals. Frown But nice setup. AMD Ryzen 7 with true cores, not wimpified e-cores. Dont see what speed the DDR5 is, though this mobo does support overclocking it to 8000+ MT/s.

All parts are off shelf. They usually have 1 year warranty or higher. Only the case will be worrisome. But in general, computer parts usually fail first month or not for years. I would say stress test it on day one. Anything overheating, return it. If everything is fine, you should be good.You can also look how many hours the SSD has and tells you how old the device is.
