This flush mount ceiling fan stands out for easy installation, quiet operation, and a bright dimmable LED, with the 52 inch black and silver versions repeatedly taking the promo code. It also has memory for the last setting, a natural white light tone, and Bluetooth control that can work with Home Assistant through a Bluetooth proxy setup. The main tradeoff is airflow, which is weaker than downtube fans and can feel less strong than expected. It also cannot be mounted on sloped ceilings, and the Bluetooth setup means no Wi Fi based voice assistant integration.
Common Questions (5)
The code works for some 52-inch variants, especially black and silver, but it has also failed for other 52-inch selections and colors. If Amazon rejects it, clicking Apply multiple times may help.
It is reported to be easy to install, and several comments describe it as very quiet on mid speed. One caveat is that the motor can be a bit loud for some setups.
It can work with Home Assistant because it uses a BLE remote and can be integrated locally with a Bluetooth proxy or ESP32. It is Bluetooth, not Wi‑Fi, so it does not provide native Alexa or Google Home integration.
Flush-mount fans sit closer to the ceiling, so they can move less air than downtube models. They also cannot be mounted on sloped ceilings, though they are usually easier to install.
When hard-wired with no wall switch, it turns on immediately; with a wall switch, it comes on after about 1.5 seconds. It also remembers the last setting when power is restored.

I have various devices with esphome on them that act as bluetooth proxy. Pair the fan first, then pair the remote to the integration and not the fan then it will update the status in home assistant when you use the remote.
