Got this the last time it was posted. Easy to install and when it runs on mid level it's insanely quiet. Would buy another if I had another room that needs it.

FYSA, any time you see that remote and that phone app on a DC fan listing, know this is a FanLamp manufactured OEM DC fan with a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) remote. And its absolutely compatible with Home Assistant. I have have 5 of various Fanlamp OEM models in my house and all are locally connected and controlled by Home Assistant with no issues. I did have to deploy an ESPHome Bluetooth proxy using a cheap ESP32 since the 5 fans are split across 2 floors, but that was ~$4.

Bear in mind that these flush models, which are much closer to the ceiling, don't allow as much air flow as the older models with a downtube. Also they can't be mounted on a sloping ceiling. On the plus side, they are usually easier to mount.

Did it seem possible to replace the light kit with something aftermarket?

I'm not a 'FAN' of the proprietary LED lights.

Cheaper than when I bought it last fp deal. Quite easy, to install, good quality. Only gripe would be air movement. Wish it was stronger. Would probably wait for a Dreo low profile sale and compare.
