Good deal if you aren't impacted by one of the 3 downsides, mentioned in earlier threads:
No Handheld Conversion / Hoses: Unlike the Dyson V11, the Ryobi, or the Shark IX141, the Freestyle Max is strictly a floor sweeper. The extension wand does not detach, so you cannot use it as a hand vacuum for car interiors, couch cushions, or cobwebs on ceilings.
Short 20-Minute Runtime: Its battery life sits right around 20 minutes max on standard power, and noticeably less on carpet boost mode. Compared to the 45–60 minute runtimes on modular stick vacuums (or swap-and-go Ryobi batteries), it restricts you to quick sweep sessions.
Old-School Dock Stand Setup: Instead of a wall mount or modern plug-in cord, it relies on a floor base charging dock that takes up dedicated floor space.
