In all my testing, I found the Uineer the best. However, if you don't have a high-intensity workflow/usage and have small / medium hands, I would recommend the Lift. If you have small hands, but are in a high-intensity work environment, I recommend the Keychron M5
Lift: has weird mouse acceleration that no matter the sensitivity, small movements will feel very slow (like dragging the mouse through sand). For relaxed work environments, this may be fine, but trying to click on things very close to each other will feel like moving through sand and will be felt in your wrist/hand. Also, 2 things on the mouse try to promote palm grips. 1) The surface where your fingers rest isn't as rounded as the Uineer, so it won't feel as ergonomic as a result 2) The angle is steeper than the Uineer, so it pushes to palm grip. In my experience palm gripping mouse never feels as accurate as claw gripping for high intense workflows.
Keychron M5: The pinky rest is small, so if you have medium to large hands, the pinky rest will try to force your pinky closer to the 4th digits and starts to crowd. It will not allow your pinky to rest naturally. My guideline is that if a finger touches any of the adjacent fingers, the mouse is too small. I did find the mouse acceleration better than the lift so for high-intensity environments, it's good. Finish of the mouse is smooth plastic so the finish will wear less over time. I also found the scroll wheel to not have enough haptic feedback, so when clicking, you don't 100% register that you clicked. The primary click button also feels and sounds different if clicking at the front left edge, so if you constantly reposition your grip if your hand leaves the mouse by using 2 hands to type, you might notice this.
Overall, I stuck with the Uineer between of the less pronounced angle, allowing me to claw grip. I have the DPI set to max and Windows pointer speed set to 12. Overall, it feels slightly more loose (probably because of the quality of the sensor), but it allows me to be more precise for high intensity work environments. I would say the only con to the mouse is probably the pro when you first get it. The silicone finish feels nice in the hand, but it'll definitely wear faster over time. After 1 day, I have spots on the mouse that are difficult to get off by cleaning, but not impossible.
