It says 30% OFF In the individual item listing but seems to be giving 40% at checkout.

Better than buying on eBay and finding they are ISP-locked!

I bought pro mesh 6 for 60
Last week. But this is not showing price reduction on any of the device listed.

Edit - the discount is applied all the way to the end during check out.

Is Pro 6E a meaningful upgrade to Pro 6? AI seems to believe that Pro 6 would be ideal given no line of site for routers and wireless connection (no ability to do wired).

No, especially given you don't have wired backhaul. Pro 6E still has 3 bands, like Pro 6, but swaps a 5Ghz for a. 6Ghz that doesn't transmit as well with walls/floors

I have a 3 pack of Eero 7 pucks in my home. Can I add a few 6 Pro's to extend connectivity throughout the home? Is it advisable or should I look for another Eero 7 unit? pros vs cons pls

Not bad routers. Extremely limited though in features a power user would want. I use a 7 as an AP.

Pro 6 is $42 with the discount. I'd definitely get that if I didn't have any already, still good today, big upgrade over the 6, pro 6E is arguably worse than the pro 6

6 pro has an extra 4x4 5ghz radio, so that would be a really big upgrade in coverage vs the 7.

however, you probably don't want more than 3 eeros depending on the size of your house. more doesn't equal better if you're adding more hops between you and the main unit.

can look into wired backhaul if you haven't done that already. that would be better than adding more units. idk what problems you're looking to solve, but wired backhaul improves performance a lot

Is there a fairly straightforward way to add wired backhaul? This requires running cables down walls between floors, right?

For true wired backhaul? Yes, you need to run Ethernet through the walls / floors which could be hard or expensive. If you have coax (cable tv wires) you could use adapters on each end which seems to work well but takes some investment for the equipment. Then there's powerline adapters which try to send signals between power outlets which is cool in theory but in practice doesn't seem to be a great solution unless you really need it.

I have a pro 7 through Verizon, and its not great. Some things lose connection and say offline, others have a lag, also it overall does not have a good area of coverage like my older router
and its getting annoying. Would adding a pro 6 help with this? Or get a whole different router setup be better?
