Looking at the reviews, the consistent concensus is that the ULTs are slightly better in sound and ANC. Battery life of the Nothings are stellar though and the build quality is better.

I think it just depends on your use case.

These sound much better than the Ult in my opinion after having tried both, I returned the Ult and kept the nothing headphones, the build quality is night and day difference on the two (Sony ult feel like cheap creaking plastic) Sony ult has been anc however tho.
