This ear wax camera kit is mainly valued as a low cost inspection tool for looking inside ears and other tight spaces. The camera helps reveal buildup, eardrum detail, and even possible infections, and the included scraper can be repurposed for drains or other DIY checks. The app connection and orientation can be awkward, and the device can run hot during use. At the deal price, it stands out as a cheap little scope for occasional inspection work.
The camera inspection tool helps you see what is going on inside the ear canal.
The $6.49 price point makes it feasible to buy multiple kits for inspection tasks.
The kit can help decide when cleaning is needed and may help spot possible ear infections.
The promo code ADHI4U4C can still work if you apply it correctly in the Amazon app.
The app connection can fail or drop quickly, which makes viewing difficult during use.
The device can feel scary for deep insertion and can be confusing to orient while moving.
The kit can get very hot during use, which may limit comfortable inspection time.
The kit may lack a tweezer/grabbing function, which can make debris removal harder than expected.

I just rinse with diluted peroxide when they're dirty. Having an ent pull out a pea sized ball of wax isn't a very pleasant experience.
Just went to a specialist for my sinuses and they use a camera that's identical but higher resolution and with a longer "stem" so they can go further in for your sinuses.
